What the Département funds.
Two grants can be combined, subject to conditions: the Green Deal 06 from the Alpes-Maritimes Département, and the top-up from the Communauté d’agglomération Sophia Antipolis (CASA), the local inter-municipal authority.

Cannes belongs to a different inter-municipal authority: only the Green Deal 06 applies there.

Conditions
- Buried or integrated tank, 3,000 litres minimum
- One grant per tax household
- No purchase or start of works before the Département’s notification
- Main residence for the CASA top-up; second home accepted by the Département for a rainwater tank
- Installation within two years (CASA)
- CASA processing: 2 months, extendable by 2
