Through the “Request a survey” form: your name, your phone number and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, the commune, your residence status, the approximate roof area and your message. We collect no other data and do not track your browsing in any way.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request: to call you back, arrange a survey and draw up a quote. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for AquaVillaRiviera. It passes through the technical provider that sends the form ([[TO PROVIDE: form provider]]), which acts as a processor. It is never sold, rented out or transferred to third parties.
Retention period
If your request does not lead to a contract, your data is deleted no later than three years after our last exchange. If it does, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the periods required by law.
